PARTY PACKAGES!

YES- All of Astrid's Signature Magic Bubble Solution is made by Astrid with her own recipe!

Astrid's Signature Magic Bubble Solution recipe is hypo-allergenic, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly! A mixture of dawn dish soap, guar gum, and baking powder are boiled together to create a double-bubble solution.

More whimsy, giggles, and bubbles than you can imagine- that is the goal! Astrid's 20 years of experience in the hospitality and renaissance faire industries helps bring the magic to life for any sized event. 

Every party with Astrid includes the following:

- An interactive bubble station with enough solution and toys for everyone to play (60 minutes)

- A hands-on bubble lesson lead by Astrid (15 Minutes) 

- Unique photo and video ops (15 minutes)

- One (1) Handmade Netted Bubble Wand (our gift to you!)

- One (1) Gallon Bucket of Astrid's Signature Magic Bubble Solution (our gift to you!)

Set up and tear down of the bubble station is handled by Astrid's Bubbles & Baubles and team. 

Booking a party is easy!

Step 1- You complete a Party Request Submission Form

Step 2- Astrid emails you a generated invoice and party deposit request

Step 3- Payment of the $50 non-refundable deposit secures your party date

That's it!

Scheduling Policy Reminder:

**A party will only be guaranteed booked after the following occur:

     -A Party Request Submission Form has been completed and received by Astrid

     -A generated invoice has been emailed and Astrid has received the $50 non-refundable deposit 

Submitting a Party Request Form alone does not guarantee booking!

Our Standard Party Package is designed to be built to the specifics of your party! 

The details you provide to us on the Party Request Form are how we build your package to you.

Every party with Astrid includes the following:

Items that are available to be added to your package:

- Additional attendee (+ $8/pp)

- Additional Handmade Netted Bubble Wand (+ $10/ea)

- Additional Gallon Bucket of Astrid's Signature Magic Bubble Solution (+ $10/ea)

- Additional Hour of Party Time (+ $200/1hr)

Set up and tear down of the bubble station is handled by Astrid's Bubbles & Baubles and team.  

Mother Nature has a mind of her own, and we respect that. 

Just like we respect safety.

Rain makes bubbles hard, and that makes executing your party dangerous.

If we awake on your party date to rain, Astrid will call you to discuss rescheduling options. 

In the event no alterative arrangement can be made, you will be given a $50 credit towards a future party booking with Astrid

Reminder of our Rescheduling Policy:

-Rescheduling booked parties is permitted once, free of charge, with 72 hour advance notice; further rescheduling will be subject to an additional $50 rebooking fee.

-Rescheduling booked parties in the event of rain will not be subject to rebooking fees.

No stress, life happens! 

If your party date has moved, please reach out as soon as you can to ensure the new date is available. 

-If your new date is available, great! The party moves forward as planned.

-If your new date is unavailable, and no other date is agreed upon, 

you will be given a $50 credit towards a future party booking with Astrid.

-Rescheduling booked parties in the event of rain will not be subject to rebooking fees.

Scheduling Policy:

-Astrid's Bubbles & Baubles will only book parties in the months of May through October

-All booked parties are OUTSIDE ONLY; please ensure there is enough outside space for Astrid and your guests to enjoy bubbles (20x20 space minimum recommended)

-Please keep all pets inside/away from activity areas for the entire duration of your party

**A party will only be guaranteed booked after the following occur:

     -A generated invoice has been emailed and Astrid has received the $50 non-refundable deposit

Payment Policy:

-Payment of your full party invoice is expected upon arrival. Payments made with card will be processed through Square. Cash and checks are accepted. All checks will be processed within 48 hours. Failure of payment for your invoice in full upon arrival will result in cancellation of party booking. 

Traveling Policy:

-Astrid's Bubbles & Baubles will only book parties at addresses inside of PA, MD, NJ, DE

-All parties booked outside of a 50-mile radius of Hershey, PA are subject to an additional $75 travel fee
